I wish I had an answer to the question of what my "forever home" looks like. I've lived in many styles of home and I really have no preference. I love all different styles of house and I could live anywhere, because I can very easily make a place my own. I could walk into any type of home and see exactly what I want to do with it. I was definitely born and blessed with the imagination and creative spirit for that. My understanding is that the neighbors were just happy to see the house cleaned up.
The octagon-shaped house sits in a neighborhood in Lincoln, and was built back in 1993. He’s also the real estate agent who has listed the property for sale on Zillow at $250,000. Aside from two bedrooms and an open living/dining area, the Goth House features two bathrooms that are—surprise!
I put around $160,000 into the renovations, and that was top-to-bottom. More or less everything on the inside has been changed, but I did keep some original features; there's a spiral staircase which is unique. However, I added features like a pergola with a fire pit outside. The interior of the home features nothing but black, white, and grey décor. It is something that a character like Elvira or maybe even what Catherine O’Hara’s character Delia Deetz in “Beetlejuice” would conjure up. He loved the look so much that he decided to paint the interior black as well.

The Victorian-era property was originally built in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Westlake by the American businessman Isaac Newton Van Nuys, according to the Los Angeles Times.
